Elegant Winter Wedding Wharfedale Grange, near Harrogate & Leeds

A beautiful winter wedding at Wharfedale Grange for Sarah and Will could not have been more perfect!

I met Sarah through a mutual friend around 6 years ago, we hit it off immediately and when Sarah and Will got engaged in New York, I just knew whatever they chose for their wedding celebrations it would be elegant and truly spectacular!

A year to the day Sarah confirmed her winter wedding in my schedule and we chatted at length about her ideas and how their New York engagement would sprinkled across their wedding. Sarah and Will are local to Wharfedale Grange, however, Sarah is originally not too far from me in East Yorkshire, so it was lovely to catch up with her and lovely Mum Helen at her home in Beverley for the trial appointments.

The Sottero and Midgley wedding gown could not have been more perfect and we focused her styling ideas around this and with the time of year, a little bit of added sparkle was a must! It really was a pleasure to be Sarah’s make up artist and hair stylist at Wharfedale Grange and seeing everything come together. My signature soft smokey eye, gentle sculpting and natural flawless base were the order of the day and I couldn’t have imagined Sarah looking any more perfect than she did.

We decided to keep Sarah’s hair really soft and romantic with some texture so that we could see the full affect of the deep v at the back of the wedding gown. Sarah chose the softest veil which complimented the hair style and the head dress from Ivory and Co.
